Difficulty in controlling deformation of complex structural parts?

Most precision housings and functional brackets often suffer from dimensional deviation due to thermal deformation and stress concentration during the injection moulding process. Ultradur B4300G6 adopts a 30% glass fibre reinforcement system, which maintains light weight while providing a flexural modulus of up to 6,800 MPa, and achieves an extremely low shrinkage rate of only 0.3–0.7%, making it easy to cope with the demands of high-precision moulding.

Electrical safety risk due to long-term exposure to electricity?

Materials used in high-voltage or sensitive control systems must have excellent insulating properties. With a volume resistance of 1E16 Ω·cm and an insulation strength of 100 kV/mm, the material works stably even in hot and humid environments, helping customers meet strict UL and IEC standards.

Structural strength and flexibility?

Ultradur B4300G6 breaks through the traditional ‘brittle’ impression of glass-fibre-reinforced plastics with a cantilever beam impact strength of 5.1 kJ/m², combining rigidity and impact toughness. Even when subjected to dynamic loads or snap-on designs, it can withstand repeated stresses without cracking.

High temperature loads and poor deformation control?

Under a load of 1.8 MPa, the heat distortion temperature of Ultradur B4300G6 is as high as 215°C, and the Vicat softening point reaches 220°C, which can effectively avoid structural deformation or instability at high temperatures. Whether it's LED modules, motor end caps, or PCB brackets close to heat sources, its thermal stability ensures dimensional and structural reliability for long-term use.

Difficulty in thin-wall moulding? Poor dimensional consistency?

With a melt index of 14 g/10 min, Ultradur B4300G6 has good fluidity and is suitable for injection moulding designs with long processes, fine structures, and complex geometries. Its low shrinkage rate of 0.3–0.7% helps to shorten the mould trial time and reduce the deformation error, providing reliable support for efficient mass production and multi-cavity mould applications.
