・It has strong thermal stability, with a heat distortion temperature of up to 128°C and a Vicat softening point as high as 148°C.
・Good flame retardant performance, reaching UL94 V-2 grade at a thickness of 1.5mm;
・The mechanical properties are balanced, with an elongation at break as high as 120% and an impact resistance of up to 75 kJ/m².
・It has excellent electrical performance, with a volume resistance as high as 10¹⁷ Ω·cm, making it suitable for electrical components.

04 | Compatibility of molding process
PC A1150 is compatible with both injection molding and extrusion molding. With a melt index of 16g /10min, it can not only meet the injection molding requirements of multi-chamber and thin-walled products, but also has sufficient fluidity to support the continuous production of extruded products such as lampshade plates and profiles.
・Injection molding recommended temperature range: 280–320°C;
・Mold temperature is recommended to be controlled at: 80–100°C;
・Can be used for two-color molding or co-injection of structural parts with other engineering plastics.
