05 | Process Suggestions
・Forming method: Injection molding is the main method, and co-extrusion or thermoforming is also supported
・Mold temperature: 80-110° C. It is recommended that the mold temperature be higher than 100°C to ensure optical quality
・Melt temperature: 280-310°C
・Drying conditions: 120°C for at least 4 hours to prevent performance degradation caused by hydrolysis
