LDPE LD 1925AS pellet has a haze of only 7% in 50 μm blown film, a gloss of up to 100 GU at 60°, and a considerable performance at 20° (50 GU). This means it can achieve a visually clear and high-quality surface effect after actual film formation, especially suitable for food and daily chemical packaging with high requirements for display and brand appearance.

Mechanical properties that take into account both elongation and support

The longitudinal elongation is as high as 600%, and it has a good tensile modulus (260 MPa). In film applications, it can withstand tension and is not easy to break. It is suitable for shrink film, single-layer bag, stretch suit and other application scenarios.

Extrusion Film: Suitable for the substrate layer of single-layer protective film or composite films; it is recommended to use equipment with automatic thickness control to obtain better film uniformity.

Composite application: can be co-extruded with elastic materials such as EVA and mPE to improve flexibility and impact absorption.
