What is Arnitel® EM630
Arnitel® EM630 is an extruded grade material based on TPC-ET (thermoplastic polyester elastomer), renowned for its stable mechanical properties and excellent weather resistance. It is particularly suitable for conveyor belts, bags and their repair solutions that require a balance of flexibility, strength and wear resistance. Its formula contains mold release agents to ensure a smooth processing procedure and reduce production downtime.
01 | Product highlights
Stable mechanical performance curve
・From 12.5 MPa at 5% strain to a fracture strength of 31.5 MPa, it demonstrates excellent stress resistance and ductility.
・With a tensile modulus of 280 MPa, it combines rigidity and flexibility, making it suitable for applications that have requirements for deformation control.
Outstanding impact resistance
・The notched impact strength NB of simply supported beams at normal temperature (without fracture) maintains a toughness of 12 kJ/m² even at a low temperature of -30°C, ensuring reliability in extreme environments.
Thermal stability and dimensional stability
・The melting temperature is 212°C, the processing window is wide, and it is suitable for various extrusion processes.
・The coefficient of linear expansion is 1.85E-4 cm/cm/°C (flow is consistent with the vertical direction), reducing dimensional deviations caused by temperature changes.
Excellent wear resistance and tear resistance
・With a tear strength of 176 kN/m, it performs outstandingly in high-friction applications such as conveyor belts.
It has both electrical insulation and weather resistance
・CTI 600V is suitable for industrial environments with electrical requirements.
・Fire resistance rating UL94 HB, meeting the fire protection requirements of most industrial standards.
02 | Process adaptability
Método de procesamiento: Optimized for extrusion molding, it can continuously produce long profiles, films and pipes.
Formula advantages: Contains mold release agents to reduce product sticking to the mold and enhance production efficiency.
Shrinkage rate control: 1.5% in the flow direction, 1.75% in the vertical direction, and high predictability of the finished product size.
