What are LLDPE Raw Material - 6026MQ
Today, with higher requirements for packaging materials, how to ensure mechanical properties while taking into account environmental protection and process efficiency has become a core issue of concern to many manufacturers. LLDPE 6026MQ is a material designed for this purpose. It has shown extremely high applicability in the field of blown film, especially in food packaging, geomembrane, shrink film and other scenarios.
01 | LLDPE Raw Material properties overview
This hexa-carbon copolymerized linear low-density polyethylene material adopts an ethylene-1-hexene copolymer structure, giving it a series of ideal processing and film-forming properties:
Good melt stability: It is conducive to continuous and high-speed blow molding production, and the film thickness control is more stable.
Strong and tough mechanical properties: high tensile strength, high elongation at break, and good puncture resistance.
Food contact grade design: no slip agent, no opening agent, suitable for packaging products with high requirements for purity.
Stable optical properties: moderate haze, soft gloss, suitable for some visually transparent or milky white packaging films.
These properties make LLDPE 6026MQ the first choice for many companies with clear performance requirements.
02 | Application direction
LLDPE 6026MQ's multifaceted properties make it suitable for blown films with different strength and thickness requirements, such as:
Heavy packaging bags and laminated film substrates: meet higher tear resistance and load-bearing performance requirements;
Envases de alimentos: such as frozen food bags, liquid packaging films, safety seal bags, etc.;
Engineering and environmental protection fields: such as geomembranes, anti-seepage films, lining films and other large-scale films;
Industrial packaging: including stretch hood films, shrink films and other types, taking into account durability and cost efficiency.
Particularly in scenarios with high requirements for physical properties and cleanliness, LLDPE 6026MQ performs particularly well.
03 | Comparative Advantage Analysis
