Saudi Base 's LLDPE 218WJ is a linear low-density polyethylene granule (lldpe granules) designed specifically for high performance film extrusion, with a butene copolymer structure, excellent mechanical properties and optical performance, suitable for a variety of film processing requirements.

LLDPE 218WJ adopts butene copolymer monomer, endowing it with better flexibility and heat sealing performance, while maintaining good processing stability. Its products are positioned as extrusion-grade and film-grade materials, and release agents have been added to effectively reduce the adhesion between film materials and improve the efficiency of automatic packaging.

  ・Melt index 2.0g /10min: Suitable for various processes of cast film and blown film;

  ・Specific gravity 918 kg/m³ : Within the typical range of low-density polyethylene;

  ・Vicat softening temperature of 98℃ : Ensuring a wide window for heat sealing and heat treatment processes;

  ・Drop hammer impact at 85 g/μm: It demonstrates extremely strong impact resistance, especially suitable for industrial transport films or agricultural greenhouse films.

  ・Food flexible packaging
