ABS PA-709H: Material de extrusión resistente a impactos y retardante de llama

ABS PA-709H is an engineering plastic specially designed for extrusion, and its unique material properties make it a favorite in industrial applications. The material is specially formulated to provide excellent toughness and impact resistance while maintaining a low melt flow rate. In particular, it is worth mentioning that it meets the HB flame retardant standard, which significantly expands the application range of the material in the strict fire protection requirements. In practical engineering applications, the material exhibits excellent mechanical properties, especially in environments where impact strength and pressure resistance are required.
As an extrudation-grade material, ABS PA-709H exhibits excellent dimensional stability during processing, and its low flow characteristics effectively ensure the accuracy of the product shape during the molding process. Although the fluidity is relatively low, the material is outstanding in impact resistance, enabling it to maintain long-term stable performance under high loads or harsh environments.
ABS PA-709H is widely used in construction, industry, helmet manufacturing, luggage and heel fields. In construction applications, it can be used to make durable pipes, components and equipment housings. In the industrial sector, this material is commonly used to make impact-resistant equipment housings, tools and protective devices. In consumer products such as helmets and bags, the high strength and toughness of ABS PA-709H guarantee the durability of the product when it is subjected to impact.
