TPU 1190 A Pellet Properties Applications and Data Sheet
Product Struction
What is TPU 1190 A Pellet?
TPU 1190 A pellet is a high performance polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane material developed to meet the demands of complex industrial environments and high durability. As a benchmark product for hydrolysis-resistant TPU pellets, it combines abrasion resistance, anti-microbial properties and chemical stability, and supports injection and extrusion moulding processes for demanding scenarios in the mining, electronics, automotive and other industries.
TPU Pellet Properties
Hydrolysis Resistant TPU Pellets
Structurally stable and resistant to degradation (e.g., tubing, cable jacketing) when exposed to water or high humidity for extended periods of time.
Abrasion Resistant TPU Pellets
Excellent surface abrasion resistance to extend the life of high frequency friction parts such as rollers and tyres.
Polyether-based Low Temperature Flexibility
Maintains elasticity and strength in low temperatures up to -30°C, preventing seals and sheaths from becoming brittle.
Damping and Chemical Resistance
Absorb vibration shock, resist grease and solvent erosion, suitable for vibration damping components, industrial seals and other scenarios.
HB Grade Basic Flame Retardant
Enhance the safety and protection level of the material in electrical and electronic, mining equipment.
TPU Pellet Applications
Industrial wear parts
Mining rollers and conveyor belts made with TPU 1190 A pellets have significantly improved impact resistance and load carrying capacity.
Electrical and electronic protection
Waterproof plugs and chemical-resistant cable jackets made by injection moulding ensure the stability of terminal connections.
Automotive seals and vibration damping
Low-temperature flexibility makes TPU 1190 A the material of choice for door seals and vibration damping components.
High-performance tubing and film
Extruded, hydrolysis-resistant hose and industrial protective film for medical and heavy-duty conveying applications.
Sports & consumer products
Abrasion-resistant TPU pellets balance cushioning performance and durability in roller skate tyres and equipment grips.
TPU Pellet Advantages
Long-term cost reduction
As an abrasion-resistant TPU pellet, its high tensile strength reduces the frequency of equipment changes, lowering overall costs.
Process compatibility
Supports both injection and extrusion moulding, providing flexibility in adapting to production line requirements and shortening product development cycles.
Harsh environment verification
Hydrolysis resistance, microbial resistance and low temperature testing ensure reliability under extreme working conditions such as mine and outdoor.
Environmental compliance
Meet RoHS and low VOC standards to meet the sustainable development requirements of medical and food grade applications.
Industry-wide coverage
From the heavy industry to the consumer sector, the TPU 1190 A pellets provide cross-scenario material solutions.
