What is TPU 1195 A Material?
TPU 1195 A is a natural color thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material with excellent hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance and high tensile strength, suitable for injection and extrusion molding.Its polyether base structure can significantly increase performance antimicrobial inhibitory growth, even in high humidity environment can maintain long-term stability.
TPU Material Properties
Hydrolysis resistance & Antimicrobial resistance
Suitable for long-term contact with water and high humidity environment to prevent material degradation. The TPU 1195 A is 40% more resistant to hydrolysis than ordinary polyester based Tpus (ISO 527 standard).
High wear & Impact resistance
Excellent surface wear resistance of TPU material ensures that products are not easily damaged during long-term use
Excellent low temperature flexibility
Bending modulus retention > 80% at -50 ° C (ASTM D790) to avoid extreme cold environment cracking
Good damping performance
With cushioning and damping function, it can effectively absorb shock and improve product comfort
Chemical resistance
TPU 1195 A can resist the corrosion of many chemical substances such as grease, solvent, acid and base
UL94 HB flame retardant rating
Self-extinguishing time < 30 seconds to meet the safety requirements of electronic equipment housing.
