I. Birth: I Come From Deep Underground
Hello, I am a newly born plastic particle.
My story begins millions of years ago—back then, I slumbered deep within the Earth's crust, part of a crude oil molecule, clinging to countless hydrocarbon companions.
Until one day, humanity awakened me, and the intense heat of the refinery decomposed me into gas, liquid, and dreams.
In a chemical plant, my destiny was rewoven. Cracking, purification, and reaction—I transformed from a crude oil molecule into monomers like ethylene, propylene, or bisphenol A, earning the first sign of "chemical life."
II. Polymerization: From Molecules to Me
In a massive reactor, molecules linked hands, forming a long chain.
I am part of such a chain—a complete plastic particle.
Some of my friends became polypropylene (PP), tough yet lightweight;
some became polycarbonate (PC), transparent and impact-resistant;
I, however, was a standard polycarbonate granule, destined for the world of optics and engineering.
At that moment, I knew for the first time that "plastic" wasn't a derogatory term, but rather the soul of a material capable of taking on countless forms.
III. Crossing the Ocean: My Export Journey
I was packed into pristine white woven bags, stamped with the Juyuan logo.
Then, the container door slammed shut, and I began my circumnavigation.
Passing through the scorching sun of Singapore Harbor, through the night breeze of the Suez Canal, and across the waves of the Indian Ocean,
in the cabin, my companions and I discussed the future:
"Will you go to Germany to be turned into car headlights?"
"Maybe I'll go to Vietnam and be made into phone cases."
"I've heard some of my friends are molding them into building panels in Saudi Arabia."
As the wind and waves pounded against the hull, I imagined a new life as I rocked.
IV. Molding: My Rebirth as a Product
Upon arrival at the factory, I was fed into the hopper of the injection molding machine.
High-temperature melting, high-pressure extrusion, cooling and shaping—each process redefined my form.
The moment the mold opened, I was no longer just an ordinary plastic pellet.
I became a transparent safety helmet, protecting people on their journey;
or perhaps an optical lens, reflecting the world with clarity;
or a notebook cover, accompanying countless days and nights of creation.
The roar of the machines gradually died down, and the lights on the production line gleamed with a metallic luster.
I was boxed, labeled, and ready to depart—this time, as a "product," embarking on another journey.
V. Circularity: The Return to the Future
Some people thought the journey ended here,
But I know that plastic has more than one life.
As I am used, recycled, and remade, I return to the starting point of the cycle.
In the global circular economy, I may be refined once again, becoming new materials, or even a new self.
Juyuan is promoting this circular trade—making every plastic pellet not just a commodity, but a link in a sustainable global material chain.
VI. My Thoughts
From crude oil to monomer, from pellet to finished product, from underground to the globe,
I have traveled a long journey and witnessed human ingenuity.
I am a plastic pellet,
but in Juyuan's world,
I am a continuation of energy, a flow of technology, and a journey across borders.
Conclusion:
Plastic is not a cold material. Its story connects chemistry, engineering, trade, and every corner of human life.
Juyuan is the bridge that allows plastic pellets to find new life on this global journey.
