EVOH EV 3201F by SK Global Chemical Co., Ltd. R&d is a copolymer material specially designed for high-end packaging, featuring outstanding gas and moisture barrier properties, and is particularly suitable for packaging products sensitive to oxygen. Leading Gas Barrier Performance

EVOH EV 3201F maintains an excellent oxygen barrier under extreme humidity conditions, with an oxygen transmission rate as low as 0.2 cm³-20μm/m²-24hr-atm, which makes it an optimal protective material for oxygen-sensitive products such as food and pharmaceuticals. Its excellent oxygen barrier properties extend the shelf life of the product, maintaining its freshness and original flavour.

Superior Mechanical Properties

EVOH EV 3201F has a tensile strength of 83.6 MPa and possesses a flexural strength of 126 MPa, which makes it less likely to break or deform during packaging.

Combined with good ductility (elongation at break 15.2%), it is able to withstand impacts during transport and use, ensuring the integrity and stability of the package.

Excellent thermal stability

With a melting point of 183°C and a Vicat softening point of 174°C, EVOH EV 3201F is able to adapt to high-temperature processing environments, reducing production problems due to thermal deformation and ensuring consistent performance throughout its life cycle.
