PPSU 22000 is a high-performance polymer in black or light beige granular form suitable for injection molding processes. The material has excellent flame retardancy, thermal stability and high heat resistance, as well as outstanding hydrolysis resistance, enabling it to maintain stable performance over time in high temperature and high humidity environments, while meeting drinking water contact grade standards to ensure safe applications.
In terms of physical properties, PPSU 22000 has excellent dimensional stability and high toughness, which can effectively resist stress cracking and ensure the long-term durability of the product in complex environments. Its low and high temperature resistance enables it to maintain its mechanical strength under extreme temperature conditions, while its resistance to acids and alkalis and chemical corrosion further broadens its application areas and makes it suitable for a variety of harsh working conditions.
PPSU 22000 is widely used in industrial components such as pipes, piping parts, connectors, fittings, etc. It also plays an important role in sanitary equipment, such as the body of shower faucets and thermostatic valve cartridges.
