10K /20 - Balancing strength and rigidity, general structural components, load-bearing small mechanical parts.
10G /15 - It has a relatively high elongation, better impact resistance and toughness, and is suitable for connecting parts and housings that are subject to impact.
10K /40 - It has the highest tensile strength and modulus, making it suitable for precision structural components with high load and rigidity requirements.
10 (Basic Type) - No filling, highest elongation rate, suitable for light-load parts and formed parts that require good toughness.
10G /30 - Balanced strength and processing fluidity, suitable for injection molding of complex-shaped parts and medium-strength requirements.
10G /60 - High filling, relatively high density, excellent dimensional stability and wear resistance, suitable for mechanical mating parts and sliding parts.
10G /40 - Comprehensive balanced type, suitable for structural components that require medium to high strength and good dimensional stability.
10G /50 - The strength is close to that of high-fill models, suitable for structural components and electronic enclosures that require flame retardant grades.
50K /30 - Suitable for engineering parts that emphasize comprehensive strength and thermal stability, while also taking electrical performance into account.
10K /30 - A universal choice for high strength and high modulus, suitable for small structural components to replace metals.
10 GCE/600 - The highest density and flame retardant V-0, suitable for electrical and safety components with strong flame retardant requirements.
10 K/40 HM - Extremely high tensile modulus (39,500 MPa), used for rigid metal substitution and precision support structures.
50G /30 - Similar to 10G /30, but slightly adjusted for certain processing or formula requirements, suitable for structural components with flame retardancy or specific process requirements.

04 | Suggestions for Process Compatibility (Injection Molding/Extrusion/Machining)
Injection molding: Most LATI PEEK models are suitable for conventional high-temperature injection molding machines. It is recommended that the barrel and mold maintain good heat dissipation and demolding designs. The shrinkage rate is conservatively designed according to the range in the table for the cavity fit clearance. For high modulus models (10 K/40, 10 K/40 HM, 10 K/30), attention should be paid to the filling pressure and gate setting.
Extrusion: Selecting models with better fluidity (such as 10G /30) is more conducive to the extrusion of thin-walled products and pipes. High filler models (10G /60, 10G /50) can be used for extruded parts that require wear resistance and dimensional stability.
Machining: HM and high modulus grades (10K / 40HM, 10K /30) can replace some metal machined parts, but it is recommended to perform stress relief annealing treatment to reduce internal stress.
Heat treatment/post-treatment: Annealing is carried out when necessary to improve dimensional stability and long-term heat resistance. Components related to flame retardant grades should undergo electrical and combustion test verification in accordance with UL or customer standards.
