PPSU R-5100 NT 15 is an engineering plastic with high heat and hydrolysis resistance and medical grade standards. It is widely used in applications requiring high temperature, chemical tolerance and biocompatibility.This material has V-0 and 5VA flame retardant grades, suitable for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming and CNC machining, can meet the needs of a variety of molding process.
The material exhibits excellent dimensional stability, high toughness and stress cracking resistance, and maintains excellent physical properties at both low and high temperatures.PPSU R-5100 NT 15 has high tolerance to chemicals such as acids and bases and can withstand prolonged hydrolysis, so it is especially suitable for drinking water contact products and medical device applications.
In addition, the PPSU R-5100 NT 15's excellent resistance to high temperatures, steam and radiation makes it ideal for applications requiring high temperature disinfection and sterilization, such as medical equipment, surgical instruments and nursing supplies.
