HDPE 7200 is a food-contact grade, cold-resistant, four-carbon copolymer HDPE resin developed for injection moulding. It is characterised by high fluidity, resistance to low-temperature brittle fracture, high rigidity and high strength, and is widely used in applications such as toys, thin-walled food containers, labels, and household goods (e.g., pots and chairs).
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
High fluidity for improved productivity
HDPE 7200's excellent fluidity allows it to fill moulds faster during the injection moulding process, increasing productivity and reducing energy consumption, making it suitable for the manufacture of products with complex and precise structures.
Low-temperature brittle fracture resistance for enhanced product durability
The material has excellent cold resistance, even at low temperatures can still maintain good mechanical strength, to avoid product damage due to low-temperature brittle fracture, especially suitable for food storage containers and cold climate conditions of the application.
High rigidity and strength to ensure product stability
HDPE 7200 combines high rigidity and high strength, giving the product excellent impact resistance and structural stability, suitable for daily-use plastic products with high strength requirements, such as chairs and household products.
Ethylene-butylene copolymer for enhanced durability
The use of ethylene-butene copolymer technology enables the material to maintain high strength while providing better flexibility and resistance to environmental stress cracking, enhancing the long-term service life of the product.
