High-Flow ABS PA-765 for Precision Molding Applications

ABS PA-765 is a high-performance acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin material specially developed for injection molding processes, with excellent flame retardant properties, in accordance with the UL94 standard V-1, V-0, 5VB and 5VA flame retardant class certification. The material uses an advanced halogen flame retardant system to ensure excellent fire resistance in high-temperature environments or electrical applications. At the same time, its high melt flow rate, excellent mechanical strength and excellent weather resistance enable it to maintain stable physical properties and surface quality in a variety of harsh environments.
From the perspective of processing performance, ABS PA-765 shows excellent melt fluidity, which is particularly suitable for precision injection molding processes and can meet the production requirements of complex geometric structures. Highly efficient lubricants and release agents are specially added to the material formulation, which effectively improves the processing efficiency and reduces the mold adhesion phenomenon, thereby reducing the production cost and improving the product yield.
