01 | Technical highlights: From "processability" to "functional integration"

 

Combination of high clarity and low haze

Thanks to the optimized polymer structure and additive system, FB3000 achieves 8% haze and up to 95 gloss at 50μm film, with significant advantages in transparency and visual display, suitable for retail packaging that requires brand display effects.

Enhanced tear toughness

Compared with conventional LDPE, FB3000's Elmendorf tear strength is as high as 90 kg/cm (flow direction) and 85 kg/cm (vertical direction), which significantly improves the transportation safety and terminal service life of the packaging, especially suitable for mid-to-high-end shopping bags and heavy packaging applications.

Opening agent + slip agent dual addition system

Solve the problems of "sticking" and "processing jamming" of traditional LDPE film. FB3000 improves the stripping efficiency of the film through a dual additive system, reduces the friction coefficient in high-speed production, and is suitable for complex processes such as coating lamination and high-speed film blowing.

 

02 | Innovative processing adaptability: not only "good to blow", but also "good to control"

 

The melt index of 3g/10min and excellent thickness control stability allow FB3000 to achieve good interlayer fusion in multi-layer co-extruded films; its thickness adaptation range of 20~100μm meets the diverse needs of customers from shrink film to vacuum bags.

LG Chem's LDPE FB3000 also has a high drop hammer impact value (110g), which can maintain structural integrity even at a thinner film thickness, enabling blow molding to develop in a lighter direction.

High-gloss packaging film: used in scenes with requirements for appearance such as fruits and vegetables, pre-packaged snacks, etc.

Shrink film: suitable for secondary packaging of bottled and canned products, with excellent toughness and heat shrinkage control.
