What is PA6 Material

 

DSM PA6 1010C2 is a polyamide 6 (PA6) raw material specially designed for injection molding processes. It is in granular form and has excellent high fluidity and processing efficiency. Its formula contains nucleating agents and lubricants, which not only improve the demolding performance but also significantly enhance the surface finish of the products, making it an ideal choice for high-quality injection molded parts.

Compared with the traditional PA6 material, the formulation design of DSM PA6 1010C2 has obvious innovations:

Nucleating + lubricating dual additive system: The introduction of nucleating agents and lubricants into the material works in synergy, not only shortening the crystallization time but also significantly enhancing fluidity and demolding efficiency, which helps to increase the injection molding production cycle.

Outstanding surface performance: By optimizing the rheological properties of the resin, the surface of the injection-molded parts becomes smoother and finer, meeting the requirements of appearance parts or post-treatment such as spraying and electroplating.

Good dimensional stability: The nucleating agent enhances the uniformity of the material's crystallization, making the product less prone to warping and deformation.
