ABS PA-747H is a high-strength, impact-resistant, and rigid plastic commonly used in household appliances, industrial applications, and footwear materials. It offers excellent chemical resistance and flame retardant properties, making it suitable for harsh environments.

1. Material Characteristics
ABS PA-747H combines the rigidity of polystyrene (PS) with the impact resistance of polybutadiene (PB), delivering outstanding strength and durability. Its superior chemical resistance ensures stability in various chemical environments. Additionally, the flame-retardant properties of ABS PA-747H meet the HB standard, effectively reducing fire risk and enhancing safety.

2. Applications
ABS PA-747H is widely used across industries. In household appliances, it is commonly used for manufacturing electrical enclosures such as refrigerators and air conditioners, where its balance of strength and appearance is essential. In industrial applications, its strength and dimensional stability make it an ideal material for plates and structural components. It is also used in footwear production, offering high wear resistance and comfort. 3. Processing Methods
ABS PA-747H is primarily processed through extrusion and vacuum molding. Extrusion is ideal for mass production, efficiently processing a variety of shapes, while vacuum molding is suited for producing complex parts. To improve processing efficiency, lubricants and release agents may be added to reduce friction during manufacturing.
