Product Struction
PP P838C is a polypropylene copolymer commonly used in extrusion, calendering, and coating processes. With a good balance of rigidity and impact resistance, it is ideal for PP substrate laminating and coating processes that require high rigidity. PP P838C meets both food contact grade and coating grade standards, ensuring safety for direct food contact while also meeting the performance requirements of coating applications.
PP P838C is widely used in fields such as container drums, waterproof canvas, BOPP film, woven bags, and more. It is particularly well-suited for products requiring high mechanical strength and durability. In the production of waterproof canvas, PP P838C provides excellent water and aging resistance. In laminates, it ensures that the final product maintains sufficient structural stability by offering rigid support.
The resin adhesion of this material is strong, allowing it to form a good bond with a variety of substrates, making it suitable for coating woven bags and other products. In extrusion coating applications, PP P838C exhibits strong shape memory, retaining its original form even after repeated bending and twisting, ensuring long-term stable use.
Another notable characteristic of PP P838C is its high resistance, making it suitable for applications in insulation materials. Compared to homopolymers, PP copolymers offer better low-temperature impact resistance and chemical stability, making them suitable for a wider range of industrial needs.
