POM FM025E plastic particles appear as milky white particles. Its chemical structure is a copolymer-based, high-crystalline thermoplastic resin, making it a standard-grade polyformaldehyde (POM) material. The material has high viscosity, which, in the field of materials science, makes it suitable for manufacturing parts that require high precision and strength.

As a typical crystalline plastic, POM FM025E exhibits excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. It is widely used in many applications, such as automotive parts manufacturing, electronic components production, household appliances, hardware processing, and the production of gears, bearings, buckles, zippers, and pipe fittings. POM FM025E is the ideal material choice due to its excellent properties. Because of its high rigidity, POM FM025E is often referred to as "Racing Steel" in the industry and maintains excellent durability under high load, impact, and friction conditions.

POM FM025E features a low coefficient of friction and excellent self-lubricating properties, which help reduce friction and wear during operation, thereby significantly extending the lifespan of the components.POM FM025E has low hygroscopicity, with a water absorption rate of 0.22%–0.25%, allowing it to maintain dimensional stability in wet environments and resist deformation or performance loss due to water absorption.

These processes efficiently produce products with complex shapes and high precision requirements.
