Pain point 1: Insufficient heat resistance, structural deformation?

Dupont SK645FR NC010 adopts a 30% glass fiber reinforced formula, with a bending strength of 215 MPa and a tensile modulus of 11,000 MPa, presenting extremely high rigidity. During the injection molding process, the dimensional control is precise, and the shrinkage rate is extremely low (only 0.4% in the flow direction and 1.3% in the vertical direction). Even for complex structures, it can achieve high repeatability accuracy and structural stability, and is not afraid of the deformation trouble caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Pain Point 2: Is it difficult to pass the flame retardant test and obtain the certification?

This material uses highly efficient halogen flame retardant additives and achieves all V-0 grades in UL94 tests at thicknesses ranging from 0.75 to 6.0mm. Combined with a hot wire temperature of 960°C and an oxygen index of 31%, it poses no pressure in resisting flame risks. It is suitable for use in electrical connectors, modules, switches, battery packs and other occasions with strict flame retardant requirements.

Pain point 3: Thermal deformation, causing precision errors?

SK645FR NC010 still performs stably at high temperatures. Its heat distortion temperature is as high as 220°C, and the Vicat softening temperature is 212° C. Combined with a low linear expansion coefficient and a stable glass fiber structure, it is not prone to bending or lifting at the edges even during long-term operation, significantly reducing the rework rate and mold errors.

Pain Point 4: Insulation failure, potential leakage hazard?

It has all the electrical performance you need. The volume resistance is as high as 1E15 Ω·cm, the insulation strength reaches 39 KV/mm, and the dielectric constant is only 3.8 (1MHz). It has also passed the UL746C outdoor f2 certification, providing reliable insulation protection even under wind and sun exposure.

SK645FR NC010 adopts a 30% glass fiber reinforced system and is combined with halogen-based flame retardants. It not only achieves the full-thickness V-0 grade in the UL94 test, but also maintains excellent flame retardant performance even at a thickness of up to 6mm. Furthermore, its various electrical insulation properties, such as a volume resistance of 10¹⁴ Ω·cm and an insulation strength of 28KV/mm, fully demonstrate its stable and reliable protective capability in electronic components.
