PP B8101 plastic raw material resin particle is a polypropylene material with pipe grade, drinking water contact grade and food contact grade characteristics, widely used in extrusion molding process. This material exhibits excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, electrical insulation and chemical stability, absorbs little water and does not react when in contact with most chemicals.

PP B8101 is widely used in a variety of industries, including the manufacture of TV housings, electrical insulation materials, anti-corrosion pipes, plates, storage tanks, etc. It is also used in the production of flat silk, fiber and packaging film, with good processability. The material is formed by a small amount of ethylene and propylene copolymerization, mainly including impact copolymer polypropylene (PP-B) and random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R), to ensure its creep resistance, aging resistance and impact resistance.

In pipeline system applications, PP B8101 is often used in building water supply system, heating system and chemical pipeline system because of its excellent corrosion resistance, no scaling, long service life and other characteristics. The material not only ensures stability at high temperatures, but also has good thermal insulation, energy saving and installation simplicity, and is widely used in modern construction and chemical industry.
