This model is favoured for injection and extrusion moulding due to its high flow, flexibility and impact resistance. Its pure additive-free formulation is particularly suitable for applications where material stability and safety are critical.

High fluidity for fast processing

With a melt index of 20 g/10min, LDPE 1800 S enables fast injection moulding and smooth filling of complex cavities, which significantly improves productivity. It is suitable for automated production lines with high cycle times.

Excellent Flexibility and Toughness

Virgin LDPE 1800 S has excellent impact resistance and low-temperature resistance, which is ideal for sports equipment, tool guards, refrigerated packaging and other scenarios, and maintains its toughness in the range of -20℃ to room temperature.

Environmentally friendly and safe: additive-free formulation

No migratory additives such as talcum, antistatic agents, etc. It is suitable for use in bottle caps, food packaging, children's toys, personal care products, and other product lines with stringent requirements for migratory substances.
