HDPE AS55-003 is a natural coloured high density polyethylene (HDPE) copolymer designed for blow and thermoforming applications. The material has antistatic and thermally stable properties, high stiffness and excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking (ESCR). Its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance makes it ideal for road drains, food and pharmaceutical packaging, household and industrial chemical containers, sheet and thermoformed products.

Antistatic properties to reduce contaminant adsorption
Formulated with anti-static additives to minimise the build-up of static charges on surfaces, which helps to prevent dust adhesion and improve product cleanliness.
Enhanced thermal stability for high-temperature processing
Thermal stabilisers are added to improve heat resistance, reduce degradation during processing and ensure long-term material performance.
High stiffness to ensure structural integrity
Excellent stiffness and impact resistance for dimensional stability even in thin-walled applications.
Excellent ESCR for extended service life
HDPE AS55-003 has excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) to ensure long-term resistance to mechanical stress and chemical exposure, reducing the risk of premature failure.
