ABS PA-797 is a high-strength, chemically resistant ABS resin plastic pellet designed for injection molding to meet the requirements of demanding applications. Its HB flame retardant properties make it an ideal material in the field of fire prevention, especially for environments with high requirements for fire resistance. With its excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties, ABS PA-797 is widely used in many industries such as home appliances, kitchenware, communication equipment and bathroom products.
As an injection grade material, ABS PA-797 has excellent processing characteristics and is particularly suitable for complex injection molding processes. It maintains high dimensional stability during the molding process and ensures the production of precision components. The lubricant and release agent added to the material effectively improve the fluidity, promote the smooth progress of the molding process, while reducing the friction and time loss in the production process, and reduce the production cost.
The chemical resistance of ABS PA-797 enables it to resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals and maintain stable performance in long-term use. Whether used for home appliance housings, kitchen accessories, or functional parts for communication equipment and bathroom supplies, ABS PA-797 provides strong support and long-lasting durability.
