1. It has a high humidity tolerance and still provides reliable oxygen barrier
Even at a relative humidity of 85%, the oxygen transmission rate is only 3.4 cm³·20μm/m²·24hr·atm, which is far more stable than similar materials and suitable for refrigeration, cold chain and high-humidity circulation scenarios.
2. Excellent mechanical support to enhance the rigidity of the finished product
EVOH EV 4405F has a tensile modulus of 3660 MPa and a flexural modulus of 3340 MPa, which help packaging films achieve thinning and cost reduction while maintaining excellent barrier performance. This significantly enhances the mechanical stability of the overall packaging structure.

EV 4405F has a melt index of 5.5 g/10min (tested at 190°C, 2.16kg), making it well-suited for mainstream extrusion equipment. It performs stably across multiple processing techniques such as blown film, casting, and thermoforming, and can be effectively combined with PE, PA, or PP substrates in multi-layer composite films.
