TPEE P155D combines the structural support of polyester with the ductility of rubber-like materials, demonstrating the following key advantages:

  ・Moderate tensile strength and good elongation: It has a certain structural support capacity, with an elongation at break of 380%, and is suitable for repeated deformation in stress concentration areas.

  ・Excellent impact absorption effect: The notched impact strength is close to 50 kJ/m², which can significantly enhance the drop resistance and crack resistance of the finished product during use.

  ・Moderate flexural modulus: approximately 206 MPa, providing sufficient support for the product while retaining necessary flexibility.

  ・Melting temperature up to 221°C: It has stable thermal processing capabilities and is suitable for applications with high requirements for forming temperature.

  ・A melt index of 18 g/10min: It strikes a balance between fluidity and dimensional control, which is conducive to the forming of complex cavities or thin-walled parts.

  ・A hardness D value of 55 indicates that the material has both flexible covering capacity and initial structural load-bearing performance.

  -A high melting point brings good thermal stability and reduces the risk of thermal degradation during the molding process.

  -The water absorption rate is 1.1%. It is recommended to process it after drying to prevent affecting the stability of the product.

  -The shrinkage rate is approximately 1.7% (in the flow direction). Corresponding shrinkage compensation should be reserved according to the specific mold structure to ensure the accuracy of product dimensions.
