PP is een thermoplastische grondstof met goede hittebestendigheid, corrosieweerstand, mechanische sterkte en stijfheid, evenals goede vermoeidheids- en slagvastheid. De dichtheid van PP is relatief klein, met een soortelijk gewicht van slechts 0,90-0,91 g\/cm\u00b3. Daarom heeft het een lichter gewicht en een betere plasticiteit. PP heeft ook goede elektrische isolatieprestaties en transparantie, evenals een goede weersbestendigheid en duurzaamheid. Op grote schaal gebruikt op verschillende gebieden, zoals huishoudelijke artikelen, voedselverpakkingen, medische apparaten, auto-onderdelen, elektronische apparatuur, bouwmaterialen, enz.<\/p>\n
