Afhankelijk van de polymerisatiemethode kan POM worden ingedeeld in homopolymeer (POM-H) en copolymeer (POM-K). Beide soorten POM vertonen uitstekende fysieke, mechanische en chemische eigenschappen, met bijzonder uitstekende prestaties op het gebied van wrijvingsweerstand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">POM CF-620 is een speciale klasse POM die niet alleen de uitstekende eigenschappen van POM-materialen erft, maar ook beschikt over een aanzienlijke hoge slijtvastheid en zelf-smerende eigenschappen. POM CF-620 behoudt een goede slijtvastheid in verschillende omgevingen, met een statische wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van 0,11 en een dynamische wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt van 0,14. Het kan langdurig worden gebruikt binnen een temperatuurbereik van -40 \u00b0C tot 100 \u00b0C en vertoont een goede bestendigheid tegen olie en peroxiden. Wanneer UV-stabilisatoren worden toegevoegd, wordt de bestendigheid tegen ultraviolet licht aanzienlijk verbeterd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qua mechanische eigenschappen is POM CF-620 bijzonder uitstekend. Bij 23\u00b0C heeft het een treksterkte van 118 MPa, een buigmodulus van 10800 MPa, een buigsterkte van 176 MPa, een rek bij breuk van 3% en een Rockwell-hardheid van 86. Daarnaast vertoont POM CF-620 indrukwekkende impactprestaties, met een gekerfde Izod-impactsterkte van 35,71 kJ\/m\u00b2 bij 23\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Deze superieure eigenschappen van POM CF-620 maken het een uitstekende keuze voor verschillende industri\u00eble toepassingen, met name geschikt voor de productie van mechanische onderdelen, auto-onderdelen, elektronische apparaten en precisie-instrumenten.
