All-weather reliable: During winter road tests, installation in cold regions, or long-term outdoor exposure, the parts remain resilient at -30°C and do not crack.

Chemical resistance for greater peace of mind: Its performance is less likely to decline when exposed to media such as fuel, lubricating oil, alcohols, and alkaline cleaning solutions. Suitable for the periphery of engine compartments, the enclosures of charging and distribution equipment, and industrial panels.

Dual balance of strength and size: Sufficient rigidity and stable impact; The low shrinkage rate (about 0.8-1%) brings better assembly consistency and appearance stability.

Processing-friendly and controllable for mass production: The granular material is ready to use on the machine, has moderate fluidity, can smoothly fill molds even in complex cavities, and has controllable warpage, making it suitable for multi-mold cavities and rhythmic production.

03 | Key Points of Processing Technology

 

Drying: Thoroughly dry before molding to reduce the risk of silver streaks, air streaks and weld marks.

Schimmeltemperatuur: It is recommended to start from 60-80°C. For thin-walled and high-appearance parts, the upper limit should be given priority, taking into account both smoothness and rhythm.

Filling/pressure holding: Medium to high injection speeds are adopted in combination with segmented pressure holding to stabilize the leading edge of the melt, reducing shrinkage and joint marks. The holding time and pressure can be fine-tuned according to the wall thickness.

Exhaust and gate: Ensure smooth exhaust on the parting surface and gate area. Prioritize direct pouring or latent gates and short flows, and control shear heat and burning points.

Warpage control: Cooling should be as isothermal as possible and the gate should be symmetrical. Long strips/thin-walled parts can enhance the consistency of local cooling.
