PPSU R-5900 NT plastic pellets are a transparent amber high performance thermoplastic suitable for injection molding processes. The material has V-0 flame retardant properties and has excellent thermal stability, high heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, which can maintain excellent physical properties in high temperature and wet environments.
The PPSU R-5900 NT enables the machining of sophisticated and complex structures with excellent fluidity, while providing excellent toughness and resistance to stress cracking for increased product durability. The material is excellent in acid, alkali and chemical resistance, and can withstand the effects of a variety of industrial chemicals. In addition, it can withstand high-temperature steam sterilization, giving it significant advantages in food contact and medical related applications.
