What is PC Material
PC 945A-116 is produced by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation. It has a transparent granular appearance and medium viscosity characteristics, and is suitable for injection molding processes. This pc material has good fluidity and thermal stability, and can balance the filling efficiency of complex mold structures and the dimensional stability of the products.
Its flame retardant grade covers V-2 to 5VA, featuring halogen-free and environmentally friendly flame retardant performance. It has passed multiple electrical and heat resistance tests such as GWFI, GWIT, CTI, HAI, HWI, and HVTR, and still maintains reliable flame suppression effect under various thickness conditions.

This material is specially optimized for injection molding and is suitable for efficient mass production:
It is recommended to use a medium and high-temperature hot runner system to stabilize the fluidity.
The recommended molding temperature range is 260°C - 310°C (depending on the specific equipment).
It has excellent demolding performance and is suitable for molds with complex inserts or thin-walled product designs.
Due to its transparency, it can also be used for the shells of electronic components where the optical requirements are not high but the internal structure needs to be observed.
