La densidad del PP es relativamente peque\u00f1a, con una gravedad espec\u00edfica de s\u00f3lo 0,90-0,91 g\/cm\u00b3, por lo que tiene un peso m\u00e1s ligero y una mejor plasticidad. El PP tambi\u00e9n tiene buen rendimiento de aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico y transparencia, as\u00ed como buena resistencia a la intemperie y durabilidad.
