Se polimeriza a partir de formaldeh\u00eddo y se divide principalmente en homopol\u00edmero POM (POM-H) y copol\u00edmero POM (POM-K). Este material se utiliza ampliamente en diversas aplicaciones de ingenier\u00eda debido a sus excelentes propiedades f\u00edsicas, mec\u00e1nicas y qu\u00edmicas, especialmente su resistencia a la fricci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Los materiales POM tienen una cristalinidad de alta densidad sin cadenas laterales, lo que muestra un rendimiento integral superior. Es un material liso, brillante, duro y denso, generalmente de color amarillo p\u00e1lido o blanco, capaz de usarse a largo plazo en un rango de temperatura de -40 \u00b0C a 100 \u00b0C. La resistencia al desgaste y la autolubricaci\u00f3n del POM superan a la mayor\u00eda de los pl\u00e1sticos de ingenier\u00eda, y tambi\u00e9n tiene buena resistencia al aceite y al per\u00f3xido. Al agregarle agentes UV, su resistencia a los rayos UV se puede mejorar significativamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El POM FW-715C es un grado espec\u00edfico de POM, de color natural y granulado, adecuado para el moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n. Su resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n a 23 \u00b0C es de 54 MPa, con un coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica de 0,09 y un coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de 0,11. El POM FW-715C tiene un alargamiento de 35%, con un m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n alto y una resistencia a la flexi\u00f3n de 2900 MPa y 78 MPa, respectivamente. En cuanto a la temperatura de deformaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, es de 160 \u00b0C a 0,45 MPa y de 125 \u00b0C a 1,8 MPa en estado no recocido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Adem\u00e1s, el POM FW-715C presenta un bajo desgaste Taber y un buen rendimiento frente al impacto en vigas en voladizo, con valores de 10 mg\/1000 ciclos y 6,12 kJ\/m\u00b2 a temperatura ambiente, respectivamente. Su gravedad espec\u00edfica es de 1,48 g\/cm\u00b3, con una tasa de contracci\u00f3n de 1,7% en la direcci\u00f3n del flujo y 2% en la direcci\u00f3n vertical.
