Seg\u00fan el m\u00e9todo de polimerizaci\u00f3n, el POM se clasifica en homopol\u00edmero (POM-H) y copol\u00edmero (POM-K), ambos conocidos por sus excelentes propiedades f\u00edsicas, mec\u00e1nicas y qu\u00edmicas, particularmente en t\u00e9rminos de resistencia al desgaste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El POM tiene una estructura cristalina de alta densidad sin cadenas laterales, lo que le da una superficie lisa y brillante que es dura y densa, generalmente de color amarillo p\u00e1lido o blanco. Se puede utilizar durante per\u00edodos prolongados a temperaturas que van desde -40 \u00b0C a 100 \u00b0C. Su resistencia al desgaste y sus propiedades autolubricantes superan a la mayor\u00eda de los pl\u00e1sticos de ingenier\u00eda, y tambi\u00e9n tiene buena resistencia al aceite y al per\u00f3xido. Al agregarle agentes UV, se puede mejorar significativamente su resistencia a la luz ultravioleta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El POM FW700N es un grado especializado de este material, procesado principalmente a trav\u00e9s de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n y categorizado como un grado resistente al desgaste con caracter\u00edsticas de desgaste bajas. Tiene una resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n de 53,72 MPa, un alargamiento a la rotura de 34%, un m\u00f3dulo de flexi\u00f3n de 1805,58 MPa, una resistencia a la flexi\u00f3n de 70,29 MPa, una resistencia al impacto Izod con entalla de 4,6 kJ\/m\u00b2, una temperatura de deflexi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de 93 \u00b0C, una gravedad espec\u00edfica de 1,39 g\/cm\u00b3, un \u00edndice de fluidez de 15 g\/10 min y una tasa de contracci\u00f3n por fluencia de 1,8~2,2%.
